Shipping Policy


1.Shipping Fees:


4AllKids offers FREE SHIPPING everywhere in Canada for all orders over $49 (after discounts and before taxes).

Shipping fees for orders under $49 (after discounts and before taxes) are $7.99 (flat rate).

Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday.

No additional customs fees and extra charges.


2.Delivery Times:


Orders are usually processed within 4 business days, but this may vary depending on the availability of products ordered. This period excludes delivery times, which depend on your geographic location.


3.Estimated delivery times:


British Columbia and Alberta: 3-8 business days

Manitoba and Saskatchewan: 3-7 business days

Quebec and Ontario: 1-4 business days

Newfoundland, Labrador, Nova-Scotia, P.E.I, New Brunswick: 2-10 business days

For more remote areas in Canada, certain additional delays and conditions may apply.


4.Carrier Delivery Delay:


Our delivery times are for information only and do not constitute a guarantee. That said, if you experience an unusual delay in the delivery of your package, contact us at support@4allkids.ca and we will open a service ticket with the carrier. If necessary, additional delays may apply. Also, please note that we can not proceed to send a replacement package without confirmation from the carrier as to the status and whereabouts of your initial package.


5.Tracking:


All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has left our warehouse, a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number will be sent to you. You will be able to track your package at all times.


6.Damaged Parcel:


If your package has been delivered in a PO Box, please note that we are not responsible for any damage that may result (consequences of extreme temperatures, theft, etc.). For products damaged during transport, please see our Exchanges & Warranty > Products damaged during delivery section.


7.Unclaimed Parcel:


If the carrier fails to deliver the item as intended, it is sent to a carrier's office for you to pickup. If you have received a delivery notice, follow the instructions on the notice to retrieve your item or check the delivery status using the tracking number we provided to you by email.


When you go to the carrier's office to pick up your parcel, you will have to present the following documents:


  • Delivery notice
  • Official ID with photo and address


WARNING: You will have a maximum period of 10 business days to pick up your package at the carrier's office. Once this period is exceeded, the package will automatically be returned to us and we will proceed to the cancellation and refund of your order, minus the delivery costs for the return of your package to our warehouse ($7.99 flat rate), plus a restocking fee of 10% of your order value.


8.Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address:


If the address you indicated as the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete and the delivery of your package cannot be completed for this reason, your package will be returned to us by the carrier. Upon receipt of your package, a full refund of your order will be made, minus the shipping costs for returning your package to our warehouse (fixed fee of $9.99), plus a restocking fee of 10% of your order value. Please note that 4AllKids cannot be held responsible for a mistake made in the shipping address.


9.Out of Stock:


It may happen that some products offered are out of stock. If your order contains a combination of available products and out-of-stock products, we will refund the unavailable products and deliver the balance of your order.

Return Policy


 At 4AllKids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and easy return process. Please take a moment to read through our Return Policy to understand your rights and how we handle returns.


1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Returns:


To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale (i.e., unopened, undamaged).
  • Toys and products that have been used or opened (except for defective items) may not be eligible for return.


2.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items:


For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • ⁠Playdough, paint, or similar products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

If you have any questions about a specific product, feel free to contact us for clarification before purchasing.


3.⁠ ⁠How to Return an Item:


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@4allkids.ca within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Packaging: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if available). Please include your order number and return authorization number inside the package.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item, in which case we will cover the return shipping.


4.⁠ ⁠Refunds:


Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • ⁠Processing time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process after we receive your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
  • Shipping fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


5.⁠ ⁠Exchanges:


If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.


6.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Items:


If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@4allkids.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping costs. To expedite the process, please provide:

  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging
  • Your order number


7.⁠ ⁠Late or Missing Refunds:


If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period, please first check your bank account and contact your payment provider or bank to inquire about any delays. If the issue persists, please contact us, and we will assist you.
